Thank you for taking part. We are engineers specialising in human factors at CATIE, a technology resource centre based in Talence, which provides technical support to businesses undergoing digital transformation.

We are here as part of the European PEER project. The aim of the project is to develop AI assistants for various use cases. Proditec is one of them.

Proditec is working on improving the software for its parts-sorting machines by integrating an AI assistant. Today, we are going to carry out a user test to gather your feedback and impressions of the AI assistant so that we can improve it.

The aim of this test is to evaluate the system, not you, so there are no right or wrong answers. The system is a prototype, so not all features are fully functional. The test will last approximately one and a half hours. The test will proceed as follows: first, we will ask you to carry out certain tasks using the prototype. Then, you will complete a questionnaire. Next, we will conduct an oral interview to gather your feedback on the system. We will finish with a final questionnaire.

Before you begin, you must read and sign this consent form. It states that you agree to take part in the study and that you authorise us to record this session. We will record the audio of the test and capture the computer screen, as we may need to review certain sections when analysing the results to ensure we do not miss any important details.
