Welcome and consent form

Thank you for your participation. I am Eva and accompanied by Charles and Joseph from CATIE a technology resources centre in France, providing technical support for companies in their digital transformation.

We are here for the European project PEER. The objective of the project is to develop AI assistant in different use cases. City of Amsterdam is one of them.

The city of Amsterdam works on a route planner with an AI assistant, that should improve the wayfinding in the city for people with reduced mobility. Today, we are going to do a user test, with the aim of gathering your feedback on this route planner to improve it.

The goal of the test is to evaluate the system, not you, so there is no right or wrong answers. The system is a prototype, not everything is functional. The test will take approximately 1 hour.  To run the test, we will first ask you to perform some actions with the prototype. Then answer a questionnaire. We will then conduct an oral interview to gather your feedback on the AI assistant. And we will finish with a final questionnaire. 

Before we start, we need you to read and sign this consent form. It indicates that you agree to take part in the study and that you authorize us to record this session. We will audio record the test, and record the computer and the tablet screens, because sometimes we need to review certain moments during the analysis of the results, to be sure we don’t miss any important details. The data collected will be anonymised. You can refuse this. Please take your time to read this document and do not hesitate if you have any questions.
